Bratz, Forever Diamondz for Nintendo DS: pets fashion show.?

When my daughter tries to play the pets fashion show there is no response when she speaks the commands. We tried turning up the mic sensitivity but that did not make a difference. Any ideas?

you can buy Nintendo DS headset it cost between $10-25 depending where you buy or you can buy a pc headset that can fit in the Nintendo DS headphone jack
get a new one or buy a warranty them send it in to be fixed
