Question:

I recenty adopted a four year female dog. She looks like she had a few litters. I think they said she had about three litters before we got her. She has extra loose skin around her tummy. Is there anyway she will improve by exercising and dieting? Please give me any helpful tips.

   Yes all that will definitely help. Keep her at a good weight too. Being spayed helps a lot, the hormones take time to work out of her system, but you will see a marked difference rather quickly.

   yes deit and exercising will help her our dog has had three littlers and i run all our dogs arounf our 2 acrer yard and they all have there own deits and they our female has lost her puppy pregnacy wieght.
