To be more specific, I’m talking about the high fashion, haute couture-type of designers. Will they fire models just for falling on one of their shows?

   I do not know of a single instance where this would be done –
   A fall would under almost any circumstance be seen as an accident — and— accidents happen !!
   Now, if there were extenuating circumstances — such as some idea or suspicions that the model were involved in behavior that CAUSED the fall — this would be an entirely different matter and would be dealt with accordingly !!

   Depends on the model. Naomi Campbell famously fell a few years back and she’s had no trouble getting work. I suppose if you were some unknown girl, the designer might not ask you back and other designers might not be interested, either.
