I’m 15. recently I have put on lots of weight and feel very self concious
i want to lose about 7lbs.
i exercise lots but eat lots of chocolate- what are some healthy alternatives?
ps i want to do it quickly, but healthily

um, not eating chocolate? or limit your intake to one bar/piece a day. if you have a sweet tooth try switching over to fruit. all the sugar but none of the bad stuff.
if u can go to a dieting club it will give u incentive but also teach u healthy eating
and u wont have to cut the chocolate out but have it in moderation good luck
eat a healthy balanced diet that avoid processed foods. drink lotsa water, exercise daily, watch your portion sizes, and see your doctor. dark chocolate can be very healthy & can be used in recipes.
The best way is to cut back on carbs (but don’t eliminate them all together), drink lots of water, eat more protein and healthy foods. In the morning eat oatmeal with fruit, or eggs, lunch a tuna or chicken salad or sandwich, dinner, meat and veggies, a big salad…always have a mid morning and mid afternoon snack, such as a fruit, cheese string, yogurt, etc. This will help speed up your metabolism, which help you lose weight faster. If you starve yourself, you’ll just gain weight really fast the next time you eat, because when you don’t eat enough, your metabolism slows down, causing you to get weight quicker. Also try to do cardio 3-4 times a week. If you are serious about losing weight, stay away from sweets. Give yourself one cheat day a week only.
