Dieting tips???

I’m a 13 year old girl. I’m really really really skinny, but my muscles are flab. Any suggestions as how to diet wihtout totally making myself skinnier, but still firming up arm and thigh muscles and butt? Preferably in 6 weeks, cuz i’m leaving to go to Europe, and i want to look good for the trip. Tips?

  1. If you want muscle, go for a protein drink, it’s good to put in milk or water it’ll give you more bulk and keep you healthy, try to intake a little more calories in your diet. Not to be too harsh or anything however you are young, so I wouldn’t worry too much about it but try those tips and see if anything happens.


  2. try toalking to your doctor they should be able to give u a pyramid ( FOOD PYRAMID) and this will help you not be to skinny but not flabby im on it now it works very good and it is pratically..well.. the only thing u could do


  3. 13 yr old girls should not be on a “diet”. practice good eating habits, excercise, drink plenty of water, not juice, get plenty of rest. you already look good, stop stressing you will make yourself sick or crazy.

    #1.Tone and build thighs, and butt. When I want to do so, I do 100 squats per day. 200 Lundges, an run up and down the stairs, around five-seven times. It may soudn like alot, but you’ll definetly see results in six weeks if you do each of those numbered exxcercises once a day.

    #2. Arms, I’d roll my shoulders backwards and farwards 60 times each, help work the joints and build muscle. Also inproves posture.


  5. You need more of toning exercises. Reps w/ weights will definitely help to tone your body. Watch too much aerobic activity–it will add to weight loss. Protein shakes are good as well. Enjoy your trip!


  6. don’t diet. Just do some exercise to firm up the muscles you have. Start slow by walking, and then eventually move on to running or jogging. Even rollerblading if you have any. Another cheap way to tone up is to do arm work outs with soup cans (full ones) just do some curls and some other lifts about 15 times.. take a little break and repeat that 3 times. Situps and pushups are also good to do. Make sure though when you’re doing the sit ups your using your stomach muscles to lift you and not your neck or back because that can cause injury. Since you’re already skinny it shouldnt take long to see the effects.
