I have 3 tattoos. I recently got a 15 year old tattoo that was badly faded covered with a completely black tattoo. I don’t remember the others peeling so much, but they all have color. I have been taking good care of it. I applied bacitracin for the first 3 days twice a day. Now, I am using Curel Fragrance Free Lotion to keep it moist. It is not scarred, just peeling. Isn’t peeling normal?

   i would have to say yes, but they do not fade as fast as colored, all my tats are black and look better than friends who have color, black is classic, u cant go wrong

   I got a tattoo on my lower ankle area, and it’s all black, and mine didn’t peal that bad. It itched for a little while but it didn’t peal too much. I think it depends on type of skin and skin color.

   Bacitracin is not good for tattoos. You should always put Aquaphor on them…
