  1. always moisturize!

  2. Hello.

    Hope you are fine.

    Beauty Secrets for Girls:

    Personal Care

Good personal care is the very foundation of all other beauty secrets. Make sure that you follow a stringent personal care routine every day, including:

    * Showering or bathing.
    * Looking after you skin, hair, nails and oral hygiene.
    * Applying deodorant/antiperspirant liberally each morning.
    * Plucking any stray hairs from your well-shaped brows.
    * Using sunscreen every day, even if it is cloudy or rainy outside.
    * Treating chapped or cracked lips with a soothing lip balm.
    * Using cosmetics only to accentuate your natural beauty, not to hide it or transform it.
    * Splurging on a favourite scent for an extra boost.

    Skincare

Spots and breakouts can be enough to ruin any big event, or average day! Don’t let spotty skin make your teenage years a living hell. Instead invest in:

    * Soap or body wash (with a puff) to suds up and get squeaky clean every day.
    * Moisturizer to help rehydrate your skin.
    * Facial exfoliator to scrub away dead skin cells every few days.
    * Face wash to suit your skin type (dry/sensitive, normal, oily or combination).
    * Toner to improve your skin tone and tighten pores.
    * Rich facial moisturizer to leave your face feeling silky smooth.

    Hair Care

Hairstyles can go in and out of fashion at the drop of a hat, but if you stick to a style to suit your face you’ll never need to use that hat to cover up. To keep your coiffure looking killer, remember to:

    * Select a style to suit your lifestyle, facial shape and hair type.
    * Consider updating your colour, but only to something that complements your complexion.
    * Cleansing with a shampoo suited to your hair type.
    * Using conditioner as needed.
    * Only allowing combs to detangle your wet hair.
    * Pumping up your volume with mousse or spray.
    * Holding your sky-scraping styles with gel or wax.

    Nail Care

Nothing kills a look faster than topping it off with dirty fingernails. You don’t have to splurge on a weekly manicure to keep your nails nailed, but investing in one so that you can copy it at home is a good idea. Be sure to observe:

    * How to clean your nails and cuticles.
    * How to file your nails to the desired length and shape.
    * How to care for your cuticles.
    * How to apply polish correctly and effectively.
    * What kind of daily or weekly nail care regime your manicurist recommends.

    Oral Hygiene

Finally, no beauty secrets could be complete without a word of warning about oral hygiene. When a smile is bright and fun it can literally be blinding, but when it is dull and dingy no one will want to come near it. Make sure that you are inviting, rather than repulsive, by practicing good oral hygiene, including:

    * Using a toothbrush shaped to fit your mouth and with bristles of the required strength for your teeth.

    * Toothpaste in a flavour you like, preferably with fluoride.
    * Antiseptic and anti-plaque mouthwash.

    * Dental floss to pass between your teeth and dislodge debris.

    * Using all three of these products in combination after every meal.

    * Visiting your dentist for regular check-ups and cleaning.

Hope this helps you . Thank you.

  3. After you brush you teeth, gently brush your lips too (if your brush has a tongue cleaner that works better) just for a couple of seconds and then use vaseline or a good plain lip balm. You’ll always have super soft lips.

  4. Wash your face two times a day, try to xfoliate with a scrub or a mask such as Queen Helene. Drink eight glasses of water. You’re skinnny so you dont need excerise duh.

  5. something that i do is i paint my nails every sunday night. that way i start a new week feeling new and fresh. try and pick wild and crazy colors. maybe by the little stick on designs. and make ur nails fit the theme with what your going to wear that week. its always fun to match:)

  6. go to your local Walmart and pick out a crazy color nail polish for your nails.it will make you smile and you’ll get lots of complements.

  7. Assuming you don’t already do some of the following:
Skin: wash face 2x a day and always use a oil free moisturizer 2x a day(Neutrogena works great!)
Teeth: Tip for whitening- rub the inside of an orange peel (the white part that is bitter) on your teeth for 2 weeks every couple days.
Hair: try a deep conditioner or soak your hair in olive oil and leave on for an hour< worked wonderfully on my hair.
Makeup: eyeshadow- purples look good with brown eyes. And for a sunkissed look try bronzer.
Excersise: If your not aiming to lose weight then, try to just stay in shape. Do cardio 3-4x a week and weight lifting or toning 2-3x a week.
Diet: Drink water throughout the day (8 8oz. glasses if possible), and start every morning with a big breakfast and a smaller lunch, snack somewhere inbetween, and a lite dinner. No late night snacking either!

Hope some of this helps :)

  8. Skin- Use a good facial moisturizer and a different moisturizer for the rest of your body. Buy gentle soaps and face washes.

Nails- Every week soak your nails in lightly soapy water, then apply a cuticle cream (burt’s bees lemon cuticle cream is great). Use an orange stick to gently move back the cuticles. Paint them if you like.

Hair- Use a shampoo/conditioner type that is right for your hair. You would probably get one that says “moisturizing.” Use a deep moisturizer once a week. Don’t put too much stress on your hair with products and heat. If you must use a hair dryer or iron, protect your hair first with a heat protecting cream or spray.

Makeup- A little eyeliner and some mascara goes a long way. If you want overall coverage, go for mineral foundations. My favorite brand is milani, and it actually helps with breakouts! Purple or brown-black eyeliner would look best with your coloring.

Exercise- If you have an hour every day, divide it evenly between cardio (running, biking, jogging, dancing) and muscle toning exercises (you can find the plan that will work for you by searching google). If you only have half a hour, do cardio every other day and toning every other day.

Diet- Drink a lot of water. Stay away from overly-sugary or salty things. Try to eat as naturally as possible. Go for frozen fruits or veggies if you can’t get fresh; don’t eat the canned.

  9. Heyy :)

Firstly, i’m going to say, keeping the look FRESH is the best thing you can do, it will set you apart from all the other girls plastered in foundation and fake tan and show that you are confident to be who you are without slapping on a ton of makeup! :)
I too am pale, and i work with it well :)
I use E45 moisuriser every morning and night after washing my face, this gives my skin a fresh healthy glow. When washing my face i use an exfoliating gel and a deep-pore cleansing cream, clearasil and clean and clear are good brands to choose from. However, if you have dry skin i don’t suggest the exfoliator, only the deep pore cleansing cream. Apply some tea-tree oil to your face and leave on after washing. ALWAYS use moisturiser after washing your face, this will make a massive difference on your dry skin.

With makeup, I personally focus on my eyes, i apply an eye-shadow a shade darker than my skin, and some mascara, only a single coat. It is enough to make them stand out and look pretty.
Then i apply some light pink blush to the apples of my cheeks.
I then use vaseline on my lips as a base and some pink lipgloss.
This is all i use on my face.
    I generally aim for this sort of look;

    Cassie (SKINS), beautiful, natural, fresh-faced.

I think nail varnish can start looking tacky as we get a bit older, it can easily get chipped and come off, so i suggest going for a clear varnish that gives your nails a nice shine, also moisturise your hands and around your nails. This gives you a sophisticated, neat look.
Make sure you file them weekly to keep them looking nice, and if you have problems with biting them, invest in some nail biting cream.

In terms of your hair, apply a conditioning treatment to your hair weekly or monthly, depending on how dry your hair is.
Shampoo/Conditioner with jo-joba oil is also fantastic!
Don’t use straightners, they only dry out your hair and make it like straw in the end. Go to a hairdresser and ask them what style would suit your face, maybe try out a different shade of brown, a brighter sexier one than your current one, it will make you feel and look better!

If you are naturally skinny, you don’t need to make a massive deal of excercising but i do suggest a jog daily as this lifts your mood and makes you fitter.
Make your food intake healthy, try and eat a lot of fruit and drink a lot of smoothies, don’t eat too much junk as this contributes to bad hair and bad skin. Take zinc pills as this is fantastic for skin.
Eat a lot of fish and meat, they are major supplies of zinc and protein.
Pale IS good! Just work it :)
