   environment is constantly changeing

   to fastion what could be callled a perfect organism a very large amount of time in an unchanging environment would be needed.

   even then it would only be perfect for that environment

   “Perfect” is relative to the environment and the environment is always changing.

   Organisms can only be selected due to traits they already have or a new mutation. Not all possible solutions can be considered.

   Mutations are the only source for new traits, and beneficial traits happen rarely.

   There are trade-offs. While running extraordinarily fast may seem to be the perfect trait for prey animals to have, the trade off is that it needs an enormous amount of energy to do so. A turtle is not super fast, but instead has portable protection. Other animals might use poison to fend off predators, or defensive structures like claws and teeth. Therefore, there is no one “perfect” answer.

   Imperfections are much easier to see such as our knee structure being a poor method for walking bi-pedially, male showiness in birds being attractive to males to bringing attention to oneself, having an appendix was little function left just asking to become infected, etc…
