How Can A Female Lose Weight Without Any Pills Or Dieting Programs?

make small changes that will not only help you lose weight but make you healthier.
Switch from snacking on chips to snacking on apples or veggies, take the skin off grilled chicken, do not add sugar to your coffee or tea, drink water instead of pop, use mustard instead of mayo on sandwiches, use chicken instead of beef in tacos, try oven-fried potatoes instead of fries, substitute milk for heavy cream in soups, eat vegetable soup or salad before dinner to make you feel fuller, put dressing on the side and dip your fork in it before you take a bite of your salad, eat dried fruit and nuts if you really need something sweet… there’s a ton of stuff like that. Try not to eat out- that usually makes a huge difference, even if you’re still eating sandwiches at home. Turkey on whole grain is much better than McDonald’s.
Also, try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, take a walk with your dog or just walk around the block, try cleaning the house or go dancing with friends.
Small changes make a huge difference. A friend who was a pop addict stopped drinking pop and putting sugar in her coffee and dropped 10 pounds in a month without doing anything else.
You may not lose weight super fast, but if you’ve been leading unhealthy life, you can drop it very fast. Your heart and blood sugar will thank you.

    Drink water, eat less junk and go out running , and do crunches.

    Its actually very simple. Dedication is the key! Eat a well balanced diet & drink lots of water. Don’t worry about having treats, just don’t binge! And don’t beat yourself up if you do. Maintain a daily cardio routine(find something you really enjoy like skating, biking, or dance), along with regular strength training. These things must become part of your everyday life. ~Best of Luck~

    You can lose wieght just by making a few small changes in your diet, but it doesn’t happen overnight.
    Ex: Instead of drinking 2 pops a day drink only one.

    Eat healthy, drink lots of water and exercise. You can’t lose weight the healthy way by taking pills and most diets are just fads, you could never live the rest of your life eating the way some of these diets want you to.
