I am 5’3 & last yr around this time i weighed 190…which is over weight (obviously) for my height.
today i weigh 155.
im not tiny but im healthy.
forget diets.
they dont work trust me i know.
if you go on a diet for a month..and loose all the weight..you will gain it back.
you can diet the rest of your life..
focus on porportions.
dont over eat or under eat.
everyone wants the fast acting diets,
only becuase…they don want to eat right and exercise.
thats the key..
start by walking about 30 min a day and add some sprints. the more you change up the pace the more calories you burn.
you can loose alot just by that.
and drink water…dont drown yourself in it.. but atleast a couple glasses a day.
