How does water help in weight loss?

I know all about exercise and healthy eating etc etc… but i would to learn HOW water aids weight loss? thanks xx

You should drink water and real fruit juices rather then soda and all the sugary stuff, but too much water can cause bloating and help you gain water weight. Also don’t chew gum because it causes more air to move through your body so that’ll help you gain a little too.

Though people can be concerned about “water weight”, this is usually not significant enough to outweigh the benefits (unless the person has edema, ascites, or some other water based disorder).

Drinking water can help provide a full feeling and satiate hunger, as well as replace other high calorie drinks such as soda and juices.

Drinking water with your food can affect the ph balance of your digestive system (makeing the stomach less acidic, etc.). This can cause incomlete/inefficient digestion of your food, thus more calories will just go through you. This will mainly affect the digestion of fats and proteins by causing malabsorption.
