I am 20 years old and just about 5’5 and female. I am currently dieting and exercising more, about how much should I weigh? I want to keep my curves and not look sickly skinny. I was thinking about 135-130, is that about right?

It really depends on your build. I’m 5’5″ and my healthy weight is 110, but my sister is 5’4″ and her healthy weight is 160. Talk to your doctor about what a healthy weight for you is. It all depends on body type and body chemistry.
Weight isn’t a great way to tell if you’re fit enough because it varies so much. Muscle weighs more than fat, for example. Drink a couple extra glasses of water every day and you’ll consistently weigh a couple more pounds. Measurements are generally better.
That being said, 130-135 on most women who are 5’5″ will probably look pretty good. You’ll still be carrying a little extra weight in that range, but if you like the softer/curvy look, then you’re probably aiming for the right target.
