im 14 and reallyyyyyyyyyyyy badly want a tatoo .. one on the lower part of my back that is kind of thin but has a hear or butterfly on it

   your 14 right well there is nothing i can do to help you are too young
   look dont get your hopes up the profesionals will just tell you the same sorry but you are just too young
   in most places its 18 no exception but at some its 16 with pairents permission

   IF underage tattooing is allowed in your state by some odd chance you have to be 16. Most states don’t allow underage tattooing at all. You are young, still growing and if you still want it when you are 18 go for it. But until then, try a Henna tattoo. They are indian ink and fade slowly. When you are old enough you will know what you want and only do it if you are 100% sure. Having any doubts is a sign that it isn’t right just yet. No need to rush, give it time and give yourself time.

   You have to be 18 unless you have guardien consent. If you do, you would have to check the shop for details. Butterflies are one of the most common tats. So are tribal. The position on the lower back is considered a tramp stamp so really think about if you want it or not. People may say things.

   And at 14 you have better things to consider about your life.
   You will grow and the tattoo will stretch and alter. Also, what you like at 14 is VERY different from what you would like when you are 18. Also, you should pick a tattoo that means something to you. Most tattoos are symbolic of a portion of life experience that the wearer has had.
   Think long and hard for the next 4 years so you can pick the best one possible for you. In the meantime, you can find an original design and have it drawn up for when you are old enough.

   You have to be 18. Im sure you could go to a really ghetto grungy place and get it younger, but i dont suggest you go somewhere like that for health reasons. I don’t like any of the ones you picked out either. I also think that your to young to pick out a good tattoo idea. You will end up getting what you picked now when you get older. I would wait untill your 18.

    16 or 17 with a parent. most parlors arent even allowin that anymore. theyre enforcing 18 and up just to be in the shop. the two you posted are flash art. get something different go out to museums magazines books etc an find somethin different. every “tramp stamp” i see is the same.
