so the pound is opening monday on neopets and i want to transfer my pet but the problem is that my old account isnt 4 months so i want to do it the old fashion way with 2 browsers. But my friend just told me that you have to be 4 months to see pets over level 2. Is this true?

   It’s never been true that your accout had to be 4 months or older to *see* those pets in the pound.
   But it is true that your account has to be 4 months or older to adopt level 2 or higher pets or to adopt limited edition (and possibly painted, but I’m not sure) pets.
   You’ll just have to wait until your account reaches 4 months. Sorry.
