Depends. You’re 5 ft tall, but you haven’t listed your weight. I would agree however that you should have a calorie intake of around 1400-1600.
The bare minimum calorie intake for anyone is 1200 calories. If you hve questions, check with your doctor or a nutritionist. He/she would be able to give you a better range for you than a bunch of strangers on Yahoo! answers/
