   youtube xteeenr, i love her make up. honestly, my mom showed me only the very basic stuff so i just bought eyeshadows that i liked and learned how to make looks for myself. i would buy a new tool (such as a brush or sponge) or color every week, or concealer, or powder, or foundation, and experiment until i was good at it.
   for certain items, like concealer, powder, foundation, and eyeliner, which were so hard for me to master, i bought the cheapest stuff i could find so that i could wash it off and try again without breaking my bank. when i got good at applying it I invested in expensive, high quality items.
   another thing i do is i buy magazines that have cover stories about new looks, they explain how to do them.
