   Makati, hmmm… I don’t remember the name of the mall, but it was in makati, there was a small tattoo studio there that also did peircings. There is also one in Southmall SM that that I remember.
   When I was living in manila, I had some tats done by a guy who had a shop on the side of the road, it was pretty good and safe, he changed needles everytime as opposed to just putting it under a flame. He also peirced my toungue and I never had any infections from it.
   All in all, tattoo and peircing establishments in the philippines are quite clean despite how the establishments may look on the outside, so there is not much to worry about, just make sure it is someone with experience doing it..
   Most establishments that are able to afford to rent a space at a mall should be good enough. All you really need to do to sterilize the equipment is to place it under a flame for a few seconds.
