There's no need to dress your dog. I completely understand if it were for the winter, such as snow boots and a winter jacket, but dressing your puppy up? It's really not necessary.
Just because everyone else is doing it doesn't mean you need to. Dogs aren't dolls, and shouldn't be dressed up for your enjoyment. Love her for what she is, and don't dress her up. If you want to dress something up, get a doll from the store.

yes, you can get large size clothes at petsmart or any local chain store. petco has clothes on clearance all the time. I dress my corgi in coats when we go for walks, also my retriever. it helps her to stay clean when we go to the dog park.

You can dress her, and they do make t-shirts etc for larger breeds - just look on ebay. Most online sites give measurements as to size guide - normally neck circumference, torso circumference and length from neck to base of tail, so find yourself a tape measure, and bear in mind that your pup is growing fast....
I wouldn't start out by trying to get her into anything too complicated - if she gets used to a standard dog coat that would be good practise.
Having said all this - I don't think anything beats the beauty of a healthy dog's own fur.. but each to their own, and if your dog doesn't grumble at you, what right do we have to do so?!
