It’s a dark purple long sleeve shirt with a light colored jean skirt. I think it looks cute, but i was wondering if it was a fashion do or don’t?

   Your question reminds me of the Cake song line “Short skirt and a long jacket.” Many guys totally dig that look. Sometimes the long sleeves help accentuate your legs. An outfit like that can make any type of look, from cute to sexy, work for you.

   do. but ONLY if you wear the right long sleeve with it. it sorta depends also on the shade of blue in your skirt for example if its dark wear a magenta-y type shirt if its light wear something like red or lilac but that is good pairing also lve it

   It depends on a couple of things.. how long skirt is? How long sleeves are? How long the actual shirt is?
   But you can make anything work really with a bit of confidence! If you think it’s cute, it probably is! Just wear it like ya own it girl!

   I would call it a fashion don’t because the last time I was caught with a jean skirt was middle school. At the same time look at the run way fashion is all over the place. Depending on how you accessorize it, shoes, etc it can look okay.

   I like the idea of wearing a long sleeve shirt more- that way the focus is on your legs, and you’re not showing as much skin, you can leave more to the imagination. Few people still do that.

   if it’s a shorter skirt, with a pair of flats in a neutral color (or same/similar shade of purple) would look ADORABLE

   No, I don’t believe it is. It actually sounds pretty cute. Is is a mini skirt? That’s cute. You could wear ballet flats or converse-y type sneakers. Good luck!
