Hi Ochie– when I started on a 100% raw food diet in 1999, I lost 10 pounds so fast it scared me and I increased my meals to 5 a day. A raw food diet is different for everyone because everyone eats different raw foods. But you can eat a ton of raw foods and still lose a lot of weight. Also it’s the healthiest possible diet you can eat. Make sure to eat lots of fruits, huge salads and vegetables, nuts and seeds and schedule several meals a day so you don’t let yourself get hungry. I’m still eating 100% raw foods after nine years! I cured my breast cancer, fibromyalgia and all my other ailments too. Raw food recipe books help because you can fix so many great raw dishes, raw fudge, raw apple pie, almond milk, all sorts of desserts and entrees too and much more. You’re smart to pick a raw food diet for weight loss! You’ll enjoy better health too! I’m still in perfect health today!
It depends on the number of calories in that raw diet. But nonetheless you’ll be focused on food.
