NO!!!! Please don’t diet especially at 14 yrs old!! I have a cousin that was 14 when she started dieting she only weighed 112lbs and was 5′5” now she has been in and out of hospitals for the past 5 yrs because she has it stuck in her head that she is fat and now at 20 yrs old and 5′5” she weighs 85lbs and is very sickly!!! you don’t want to go down that path. If you are really worried about you weight eat healthier food, fruits, vegatables,and drink lots of water no sodas!!! Excersise a lil bit and you will look and feel much better about yourself!!!
Im a 14 yr old a guy (you probably can tell from the name) and like i work out but im 6 foot 1 inch 140-160 pounds (not sure). Im pretty skinny. not sure why im telling you this but whatever. You dont need to go all out dieting but if you want, less soda, light excersize maybe running if you want. I have to go so thats all your getting
what ever you choose, DO NOT SKIP ON EATING REGULAR MEALS. IT IS THE WORST WAY TO LOSE WAIT. your body needs food to “start” your metabolism (the fat burner)… skipping meals will cause malnutrition and/or anorexia. also by not eating you will start eating your self alive, your body will start using that fat and muscles for energy….

well, there’s no need to diet.
simply eat better and exercise more.
drink only water.
cut out all soda, candy, and fast food.
i did, and i’m glad. i have so much more energy.
and go for a daily walk/run.
or swim for an hour.
i too am trying to lose weight.

depends on what is fat? 200lbs, for a 14 yr old, is fat. 100 for a 14 yr old isn’t.
Don’t diet. Just cut back on the sodas, drink more water, take vitamins, and get regular exercise. You will feel GREAT and thin.
It depends on your height if u are tall no big deal, but if u are short 100 lbs is alot, but i can encourage u to eat the right type of foods and exercising on a regular basis

The first post was good. Eat healthy and exercise. If you feel good then you are fine.

Depends how tall u r..if ur 100lbs but r like 2 ft tall…we have a prob but if ur around 5ft ur good to go..
No way!! Your just growing… Dont diet its not healthy… that turns into eating disorders.
ask your parents they’ll help
