I live in Canada and on Sunday I went to the mall. I went in american eagle and saw they already have spring things in; like shorts. I dont really get it. Its 10degrees today (warmest day in winter so far) but tomorrow is gonna be another snow storm. I know there’s global warming but is it really necessary to have spring clothes in stores now? ;l

   any store has put out spring things by now. they really started after christmas.
   its a marketing thing. each year they push it back farther and farther. just like for holidays. they start selling halloween stuff in august and christmas stuff in october.
   ppl are ready to start shopping for spring and summer things b/c they are tired of winter. and when they get tired of summer and these companies start putting out fall/winter stuff in july and august, they are ready for that too.

   Yes but you should buy them now because they are cheaper. Waiting until the season hits will hit your pocket book.

   well first of all the first answer is a ****** because thats not true at all. I don’t know why they do that but hey it’s good for us; all the winter stuff is on clearance =)

   can’t wait for spring!! but really, i know what you mean. the spring clothes get into stores earlier and earlier nowadays! but it makes us remember that spring is closing in!

   i don’t think preps dress like skanks but it’s very pointless to start putting out their spring clothes when everyone else is worried about staying warm. They should focus on selling whatever they have left from winter and preview their spring collections with advertisements throught the store, i ceratainly wouldn’t buy shorts or tank tops right now, way too cold.

   i think its good , it gives you a chance to stoc up on spring clothes , so you can avoid wearing the same things over and over. But i understand where you are coming from , i live in Canada too!

   Yeah, i noticed that too.
   all those kinda stores, because hollister,abercrombie, a-e are all preppy stores, and preps dress likes Sk**K* so they wear shorts in the winter…its true.
