Are teeth whiteners ok or do they damage the enamel of your teeth?
Any recommended whiteners and how long do they take to work?

   it depends on which one you are talkin about because some of them are very bazardous others are not

   most of them can make your teeth really sensitive .
   Try rinsing with mouth wash and hydroginperoxide and get you rteeth cleaned by the dentist to start.

   teeth whiteners that you could get from grocery stores could help but if you like a better result just go to a professional dentist that does this type of treatment..
   or you could try rembrandt whitening

   If you use them to much Yes they can do harm.
   a good cleaning at the dentist and then use in between your next cleaning once every 2 months should be enough.
   If you have veneers though ask you dentist.

   I don’t know.
   Awhile back I was using some Colgate teeth whitener. It’s like using a white-out brush on your teeth. Anyway, I ended up throwing it out because it was too tedious.

   All I can suggest is brushing your teeth using toothpaste with a whitening ingredient. You don’t need to waste extra money on another product.
