Is that what it is? Last summer it was short shorts and now its real short skirts, like Catholic school girl types. I mean its enjoyable for us guys but why arn’t more people angry about this? Even last winter in Las Vegas we saw tons of girls on new year’s eve wearing little black dresses and no jackets. It was probably about 30 degrees.
Call me old fashioned.

   Fashion “fads” vary depending on location and/or “sub-culture” such as goth, Hip-Hop, scene, or Punk. Within your area, girls may wear short skirts in cold weather, (which is a dumb idea if you ask me) but within another area may be a completely different trend. In my neighborhood, the average girls will not wear short skirts in cold weather without warm leggings.
