My friend’s hips are smaller then her top, and she has trouble finding things look good on herself. Are there any fashion pro’s here who know any good tips?

   Try to find something black. It will create the look of a slimmer figure.

   -Delicate necklaces
   -Black shirts
   -Button ups
   -Skirts, aline or pencil

   If she is larger on top make sure that she doesn’t wear leggings or tight pencil skirts. You want to make sure the top and bottom are in balance. I’m not an expert but I hope this helps.

   Wrap dresses are great because they are able to adjust sizewise. If she has bigger chest she should wear a tank under that peaks out so “the ladies” are not jumping out. And short sleeves look bad if arms are bigger. The best advice I have is go to a bra shop and get fitted for an expensive but great bra that is comfortable and fits perfectly so no back bulging occurs and keeps the girls up and perky. And unfortunately Your tops may have to be altered by a tailor because you always have to go bigger to get everything covered. That is a frustrating shape but can look really great. Try finding women that are actresses with that shape and see what they look great in…..they pay big money to be dressed for their body.
