   Scarves. And check out these websites. I work at Forever 21 and I have young customers (believe it or not!) and they get our basic v-neck shirts, cardigans, and headbands with bows, and indian looking jewelry. You probably are too small for most of our regular clothing (Forever 21) but in the basic items (camis, t’s, size 24 denim) we carry size XS which you could probably wear! the important thing is accesories!! you can wear a simple outfit from anywhere and the accesories make or break it. good luck. you might also try target, they always had cool stuff when i was your age.
