There are also many kinds of over-the-counter teeth whiteners, but they are expensive, have unreliable results, and may actually cause harm to teeth. They are also messy, and some people have even experienced allergic reactions from the bleaching chemicals inside the over the counter teeth whitening kits. It is best to leave teeth whitening to those who are trained to deal with any kind of side effects that may arise. I found a website all about teeth whitening that you should check outhttp://www.r4md.com/dentistry/#whitening
One of the most popular home teeth whitening methods is through the whitening strips that are advertised on TV. These act in much the same way as the tray bleaching method. You simply lay them on the teeth and they deliver the bleaching agent directly.
Again, the American Dental Association is not impressed, citing worries about increased tooth decay caused by over-bleaching as its main concern.
Here is a review of two great products which have free teeth whitening trial offers: http://teethwhitening.brighterplanet.org…
Ok, I’m a smoker and a heavy coffee drinker, and I’ll tell you what I did. You probably have these in your house. The OTC whitening products never worked on me, and there’s a LOT of scams out right now for “free trials”, which take about $100 a month out of your card. But I will tell you how to whiten for free and works better than anything OTC. Now this might be a little harsh on sensitive teeth and gums. Mine are the same way, but I did it anyhow and it worked. Get some hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Use 2 teaspoons of baking soda and 2 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide. Mix it to a past (trial and error. I put a little more baking soda in to make a thicker paste). Put on your tooth brush and brush teeth with it. DO NOT SWALLOW. I left mine on my teeth for like 10-15 minutes and then brushed my teeth with regular toothpaste(to get the peroxide out). My teeth came out about 6 shades lighter. My gums were sore the next day, but it didn’t do me any real harm and my teeth look great!
Well the strips you get at the store are complete garbage. I’ve tried them all and noticed no change at all…other than to my pocket book. My mom is a dental assistant and had her dentist make me a composite that is like a tooth guard…that was ok and took about 2 weeks.
This other teeth whitening product is really good. I used it and noticed a huge difference in 2 days.
You can get a free trial too to see if it works for you.
There are a lot of tooth whitening products out there that don’t seem to work with in the life span of a typical human being.
Do you want to find out how well something works for you and never pay for the trial run of the product?
Do you think that a company would give you (free of charge) the initial product to test, if they didn’t believe that it would work for you?
Do you want to have to wait days to see if something works or not?
You can have whiter teeth within minutes! Yes, minutes!
Whatever tooth whitening process you choose, make sure it is simple and convenient, because there’s hardly anyone out there that will stick with a difficult or inconvenient whitening process even if it works. And some of them are very inconvenient, sloppy, or possibly ineffective.
I found a whitening process that is as easy as using a magic marker and it’s very effective.
This is the most convenient way I have found to whiten my teeth. It worked for me very quickly.
No fuss, no trays, or messing around……
It also works well enough for people that rely on their appearance for their living.

All of the over the counter strips work just about the same. Make sure the ones you buy are approved by the American Dental Association. Somewhere on the package, usually the front, it will say ADA. I know Crest White Strips have been approved, but I’m not sure what other brands have.
All of the strips work, they are all the same thing. The peroxide needs to be in contact with your teeth to work. Whitening toothpastes only remove surface stains.
