Please help me, i use heat nearly every day and it’s damadging my hair a lot. I’ve recently got my dead ends cut off and i want a fresh start with my hair.

you could leave it natural some days?
also when your hair is wet, put it in 2 plaits (french plaits may be better) and leave over night. Take them out in the morning and your hair should look crimped.
Another thing to do is when hair is wet, get some hair mouse and get ends of hair and push and and scrunch, after you have done this to all your hair leave until it is dry (keep scrunching if it looks like it’s going straight) after you should have wavy hair, if it did not work then brush hair through and you should end up with loose waves.

A bun
Ponytail
Pigtails
French plaits
There’s loads of options. You could use curling mouse to make it curly. Or some sort of special straightening serum to make it straight. You can have any style really, even without all the heat. =]

omg i have the same problem aswell but i have found some stuff to do
1.use rollers when your hair is damp (curly effect)
2. put your hair in to 4 plats – two at the front and 2 at the back – curly effect
3.put your hair in seperate buns whenyour hair is semi-dry e.g 3 on the left side on top, 3 on bottom and same on th otherside (doest have to be 3)
4. use paper pags to curl your hir (link below)
.
heres a different way (same thing as rolers i think)
go on to youtube tho.. theres LOADS of stuff there
im not sure how to make hair straight with out using any heat tho.. maybe straghtening or anti-frizz gel/liquid/spray
heres some examples of stuff i found on youtube
