Clothes – layers, layers, layers! Leave the incoming clean-lines and finished look for the elders, it’ll come down soon enough to you. Dark wash jeans…particularly skinny jeans. Minis are pretty cute with leggings. Remember the leggings and dresses! Track jackets, tank tops and novelty tees from places such as Limited Too (also belts, and chandelier/hoop earrings).
Makeup – preteen? lip gloss at the max.
Jewelery – Cute earrings in the shape of monkeys or animals (Claire’s) and beaded jewelery and charms. Go easy on the necklaces, don’t rush into the multiple strands of pearls which teens wear.
