For my college essay, I am trying to write about how getting cut from the high school basketball team my sophomore and junior year has taught me many life lessons. Does anyone know or can anyone think of any life lessons that I could have learned from not making the team?

   Ask Michael Jordan, he was cut from the junior high team, swore to himself that would never happen again. The rest is history.

   How to accept failing. And how to recover and be the biggest supporter of you team in the school. Hold your head up and remember your grades and soon most of the jock’s will be working for you.

   how failing sucks and how your whole life will be failure if you cant bounce back from it you’ll prolly be a criminal and be in prison all because you didnt make the hs basketball team jk
