I would like to invest in some nice diamond hoops. Im wondering when is a sale really a sale? Being the holiday there are a lot of sales so should I buy now, wait til right after the holiday or wait even longer?

   If you want nice ones, the prices are pretty consistent all the time. If you just want to get the cheapy, promotional type ones, the best sales are during the holidays and then again in the summer when sales are at their lowest…

   after xmas is always a good time, so is tax time. but just remember when picking you diamnd the 3 c’s
