   If you use a bunch of different outfits from different stores and you put them together you can make an eighties outfit. When I dressed as one last year, I wore:
   Black leggings
   Hot Pink legwarmers
   Like a beige blouse
   Some pearls
   Black pumps
   Sideways ponytail
   That thing that goes around your head from american apparel
   and very big sunglasses
   Whatever works. Just put stuff together.

   Wear a wide V-neck sweater, falling off one shoulder with a different colored tank top underneath. Layering was big, get a skirt and wear funny colored leggings underneath. Lots of big bangle bracelets, sweatbands, different colored socks or leg warmers. Look up Punky Brewster, that was my favorite show in the 80s and you’ll find TONS of 80s clothes ideas there!

   puff ball skirts, rolled up pale denim dungarees, stone-washed high waisted denim jeans, neon, fishnet tights, look at early madonna music videos such as holiday for ideas. Look in vintage clothing shops, asos might be good for new versions.
