Usually bleached blond women with a deep tan wear these with their short shorts or denim skirts in the cold weather.
Is it fashion, lack of common-sense, need of desperate attention or imitating the porn star look?

   Its all of the above. mostly a cry for attention. “look at how trendy i am” the outfit is topped off normally with a whool knit cap, in the middle of summer.
   can we throw all of them in a volcano, please?

   i say little bit of everything .. some are very sexy so hey if they got it let them enjoy it…and show it off but yeah its kinds of stupid

   i don’t know why, but it’s not just america, go check out korea sometime, that’s probably where the fashion came from, they do that a lot, you wanna talk about mixed up on seasons, in the summer they wear the longest pants possible, and in the winter they wear the shortest things they can find. anyway, a good bit of the wacky fashion you see lately is coming out of korea, and they are what i would call fashionably fashionless.
