   I don’t because I recognize it as a commercial day used by candy, card, and flower companies to make tons of $$. Some people let it get them down because they see others going out, getting little treats, etc. and they feel left out if they don’t have someone. I say who cares? It’s all the OTHER days of the year that I really care about the fact that I’m single.

   because you see everyone else spending time with their significant other, and if you are single, you just have a constant reminder of your loneliness.

   Because they have no one to celebrate the holiday with.
