I see people wearing shorts when the temperature is far below freezing. These are almost always guys. Sometimes they have heavy, hooded coats on which seems illogical and idiotic to me. Is this a fashion statement?

   No it’s called being an idiot. They want to look cool, and say they’re not cold when obviously they are. I don’t understand, do they want to get sick?

   When I get home I always wear shorts. When I’m at work which is usually inside I wear shorts. If I go somewhere and am not going to be outside Very long I still wear shorts. As long as my hands, head, and feet are warm my legs are fine. I,ve seen kids walking down the street dressed like this and thought they were fools. If your outside for more than 5 or 10 minutes, I’d put some more clothes on. but that’s Just me.

   But, um, to answer your question: Most of my guy friends wear basketball shorts in coooooold weather. I think it’s because they want to feel comfortable? -shrugs-

   Because they are not cold. They must have thicker skin then woman. Also there hair must keep them warm too.
